Our founder, Mitchell Brock, is a certified Nutrition Coach and Fitness Professional who specializes in nutritional and dietary education. A former minor league professional football player and current college football and high school football, basketball, and baseball official, Mitchell was just looking to "slim down" after his playing days. After years of failed yo-yo fad diets, he began to study the science of nutrition and developed a passion for it. Mitchell has all-naturally lost a total of 150 lbs. while improving his body composition and overall health employing the methods that we will teach you. Mitchell is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and dotFIT and is committed to forming relationships with clients looking to improve body composition and overall health.
